It’s a time of remembering, simplicity & clarity. Today was the first duet session I taught at my in-home space, and it felt so good! 🥹 Fire going, hot chamomile tea, soothing music, and 2 amazing women (Nancy & Gina) who trust me to guide them through their Pilates practice. I am so heartfelt grateful. I feel more at peace in life than I have in a long time, and a big part of that is because of my clients- strong women with compassionate hearts. 👑❤️
