✅ No kitchen.
These are all common excuses I get why people DONT hit their macro numbers OR eat off plan.
I wanted to make a post showing it is POSSIBLE to do all of the above, stay present, AND NOT RESTRICT yourself 🥹🥰
Things I did to prepare:
1. Cooked proteins in advance (egg whites, salmon and shrimp) for the days I’d be gone (2-3 days).
2. Kept them in the hotel fridge 🤯
3. Left my freezer packs with the front desk for the ride back 🤯 (yup they’ll keep freezables for you!
4. Kept my carbs low earlier in the day since I knew we’d be going out later (not NO CARBS, just lower- I get shaky if I dont eat any… wild. Almost like the body NEEDS carbs)
5. Ate my first meal at little later in the day so I wouldn’t get hungry too soon or run out of meals (start eating around 11am)
6. Kept my water intake high and stayed consistent with my steps. (Keep that water jug on me!)

and I have finally finished her cut! Rounding things out at a total of 46lbs lost, 3 Strongman Competitions completed, and lots learned in between!! 👏🏼
This whole process has been done utilizing a completely vegetarian diet- not sacrificing protein one bit! 🥦
Yes, she also had cardio.
Yes, she had lots of steps.
Yes, we utilized proper supplementation.
Yes, she checked in weekly (sometimes more)
And yes, we are now getting into her reverse diet. (This will be very fun to get her back to a maintenance level calories that she can feel her strongest in without putting on too much of the weight that we just lost.)
All in all, Devon has done exactly what was asked of her and in doing so was able to reach her goals far beyond what we had expected!
So proud of you, lady! And so excited for this new challenge that we will be taking on! 🤩 🏃🏽‍♀️
Whatever your goal is, you can accomplish it! All a matter of proper guidance and the right mindset!! 🤓

Had a great first Posing session with this week!
I always remind my clients, “The judges don’t know your story. They only know what you look like Come show day.”
But gosh darn it, Ashley has a pretty cool story. Losing over 100 pounds and now putting her mind towards a bodybuilding competition next year! 💃🏼
‼️NEXT YEAR‼️
She’s over a year out, and she is already recognizing the importance that Posing will play! 🤯🤩 now that is some dedication I can mess with!
In our session, I reminded her that her body may continue to change and based on how she’s looking right now, WELLNESS may be a better fit for her. Especially since she does enjoy training lower body the most!
👉🏼Finding a division that you fit into is great, but finding one that you actually are passionate about is even more fulfilling!
Really looking forward to watching this girl morph over the next year and helping her to continue to see what she’s capable of! 😍😍😍

Want to give a shoutout to first time Fit Model athlete .gar 🥹🥹 She was sitting 5 weeks out when I snagged this side by side 🤯🤯
The things we went through leading into this prep were wild but…. She persevered!!
Reversing out of a poor previous prep
Getting her health and digestion right
Getting her MINDSET ready to REALLY grow
Then GROWING 😈
She added 15lbs to her frame (not all muscle calm down lol)
And starting in Feb we pulled the trigger for her first prep…. As a SENIOR IN HIGH SCHOOL.
Baby bird graduates this weekend yall 🥹😍
(And she’s still executing at the highest level 🤯)
I literally couldn’t have asked for a smoother prep for her first Show. 💖💖
Stay tuned. We’re not done.

So proud of first time figure athlete Kristen this last weekend!! 💃🏼
Posing was the one things that wasn’t coming easy. But week after week she kept showing up and GETTING BETTER. And sometimes that’s all we can do: show up. 💯💖
We worked together virtually for about 10 weeks and the improvements made were incredible.
You killed it girl! So so proud of you!!

What an incredible retreat 🥰 Getting to work with ladies of almost every division and helping them SEE THEIR POWER brought ME so much fulfillment 🥹😭
Having time this year to get more 1-1 with these .strength.coaching athletes was so special. Last year we just did group stuff. And I was in prep.
But truthfully each of us deserves and needs a little extra attention. I was so happy to be able to add that value for the ladies who wanted it 💖
Literally a weekend full of laughs and “AHA!!” Moments. 😍

I was told once that I should only post content of my ideal clients- to make sure I’m attacking the right clientele.
Well, in pondering what my “ideal client” looked like I realized:
👉🏼I truly enjoy coaching people with BIG goals who just dont know how to get there.
And this gentleman is exactly that.
Over 300lbs.
Some health concerns.
Pretty sedentary.
But ready to DO THE WORK necessary to change all of that.
And he has done exactly that.
👉🏼No complaining.
👉🏼When things got busy in their apartment gym instead of making excuses… they got a gym membership!
👉🏼When his back gave out- instead of throwing in the towel, he texted me: what do I need to do.
👉🏼Increasing his step count wasn’t easy- but he’s found way to make time for it.
👉🏼Having a partner who supports him and has similar goals herself has been a game changer too! They’ve cleaned up the house and made it safe place for them both to reach their goals.
Incredibly proud of both of them in The short 6 weeks we’ve been working together so far!!

I have absolutely loved seeing more and more applications coming in for Figure posing clients. It really warms my heart to see the division truly growing!!
Each of the girls pictured have yet to hit the stage yet 🤯🤯😍😍
👉🏼And this is the case for almost every division in bodybuilding! As the sport gains popularity, we can all win! There’s no competition between BIKINI, or WELLNESS, or FIGURE. It’s all a matter of preference with How you want to look and how you like to train. 🥰🥰
Everyone and every BODY is different and I love that bodybuilding gives each lady an outlet to showcase her muscularity, regardless of the level. 💪🏼.
I actually pose EVERY female division lol. I just happened to notice that this last week was extra Figure-full 😆😍

Figure client making some pretty cool progress together within our FIRST week!
Fun fact about Jenn- she’s a competitive Powerlifter looking to switch to Compete in the Figure division!
No timelines. Just ready to work. 🥹🙏🏼
Here’s the deets:
👉🏼We started with the intention of finding her maintenance calories before pushing to build. And yall were up to 2550 in 4 weeks and she’s still dropping weight- with the amount of muscle on this girl… I’m not suprised 😅😂
👉🏼 Jenn is consistent about sending training vids and implementing feedback. One thing I know is going to make her growth phase soo productive.
👉🏼 She Checks in on time and sends pics ( and we’re working to implement some posing soon!)
👉🏼 Steps are at 8000
👉🏼 Unintentionally dropped 5lbs 💀
👉🏼 Maintaining her size and strength.
This is super cool.
First time figure athlete right here and she’s doing the work needed to make her structured offseason a SUCCESS so that when we pull the trigger for a show- she’s MORE than ready 😈😈
