Some of the coolest transformations… have nothing to do with losing weight 🤩
Erika came to me with the hopes of *maybe * competing in a Wellness comp one day!! A big feat- but after talking with her I knew she had what it takes.
This is 4 weeks together just learning her body. Getting ready to start a growing season so we can build her a more competitive lower half 🤩🤩
Throughout this:
👉🏼We had a 4 day training split at 2-3 RIR (not even close to failure sets yet!)
👉🏼Averaged her calories at about 2000 (rest days a bit lower than training days)
👉🏼Kept cardio minimal: 3 days a week 150cals. Usually took her about 15 min- EASY
👉🏼 Implemented food sources that allowed her digestion to flow smoothly
👉🏼 Made food swaps when needed
Sooo happy with the progress visually here: the scale stayed the same!!!!
This is a true Recomp yall.
Her picture look better even though her weight didn’t change. 🤯🤯
Too many are conditioned to think the scale is the driver of progress and that’s simply not true. It’s a tool.
