Start this today. I started with the yard today.

GET UP‼️🗣 Put on some music. Start cleaning. Wipe down your counters. Wash your dishes. Start a load of laundry. Sweep and mop your floors. Take a shower. Put on lotion. Get dressed. Organize your closet. I know you’re sad, BUT GET UP.👏🏼 Start moving. That depression thrives on chaos and disorganization.🥺 IT WILL NOT WIN THIS YEAR!

GET UP! God needs you to GET UP. Your kids need you to GET UP. Your spouse needs you to GET UP! I know you’re tired, but the energy in your house needs to go. GET UP BEAUTY ! YOU GOT THIS‼️
