🎒 Back-to-School Foot Tips from Parr Foot & Ankle Specialists 👟

As your kids head back to school, don’t forget to check in on their foot health:

✅ Replace worn-out shoes — look for good arch support and room for growth
✅ Avoid hand-me-down shoes (they mold to someone else’s foot!)
✅ Watch for complaints of heel or ankle pain — it could be a sign of growth plate issues or flat feet
✅ Custom orthotics can help kids who are active in sports or have foot pain
