This week we celebrated Healthcare HR week 🎉🎉

Stephanie is not only our HRC but she also runs the medical records/central supply departments! Her dedication to her job duties is unmatched. She’s a true team player and will help anywhere that’s needed outside of her job duties as well.

Some things that have been said about Stephanie from her team members include:

This past week we celebrated our amazing administrator David ⭐️

In the short amount of time he’s been with us at River Oaks, he has poured time and effort into making our facility better! He brings so much positivity and fun to our team! He has made us better and stronger together. His dedication to not just the team, but the residents, their families and the rest of the employees is unmatched! His door is always open for anyone that needs to chat.

To say that he was surprised and very appreciative of what we had planned for him is an understatement. It was a group effort (we even got help from his wife 😏) to pull this off and just a testament of how he’s brought this group together 🫶 When he thanked us and told us he prays for all of us every single day, I don’t think there was a dry eye in the room.

We also celebrated Oscar who has been helping out at River Oaks quite a bit the past couple of months. We appreciate you and all of the hard work you’ve poured into our facility!
