Gisela and her Pups Gisela was living on the street with her owner who loved her very much. On April 8, Gisela gave birth to 13 puppies of which 11 survived.

He wanted her to have a good home and receive medical care and have her babies in a safe place.

Happy 3rd Birthday to all of Gisela's pups! I hope you are all doing well and in good health. I have managed to keep in contact with a few of the owners. If you are a Gisela pup owner, I would love to see updates. I still cherish and adore Gisela as my loyal companion! While she may not be the easiest dog/breed to handle, I wouldn't trade her for anything!

How can we leave him out there alone?

We are desperately trying to keep intake closed. A person reached out for help, and sent us this picture. We don’t know how to leave him there.

Please help us. He needs a foster and donations. He is currently at the vet, getting radiographs, bloodwork, and some desperately-needed pain medication. Please donate to his care. He is the 1,942nd animal we have committed to this year.

He has very obviously endured a lifetime of abuse. Swollen hips and legs; very chronic injuries; bite marks everywhere.
