The Gabe Nesbitt Indoor Tennis Facility is situated adjacent to The Courts of McKinney outdoor tennis facility and spans over 55,000 square feet. It houses six state-of-the-art indoor courts, making it a total of 29 courts in the complex. This facility has training rooms, administrative offices, locker rooms, and a viewing mezzanine on the second floor. SpawGlass

Project Description
The Genesis Women’s Shelter is a 30,000 square-foot non-residential outreach facility that houses a legal justice center, a trauma center, and staff offices.

The first floor includes the National Training Center, Legal Justice Center, and Family Law Library. Located on the second floor, is the Genesis Women’s & Children’s Trauma Center, which includes an Occupational Therapy program.

Genesis’ staff offices, lunchroom, and mother’s room are located on the third floor.

"We had a record turnout of 136 golfers, which included special guests of Karl's who played as well. The weather was perfect for the tournament, with plenty of sponsor tents providing snacks along the way. Can’t believe it’s been 36 years since Integrated Interiors, Inc. was subcontracted for the Metal Framing and Drywall for Fountain Place!

"Fast-forward 35+ years, Integrated Interiors, Inc. [completed] the 47-story ground up multifamily tower at AMLI Fountain Place. Both projects make a significant contribution to the Dallas skyline. We’ve got the Fountain Place area of downtown Dallas covered" - David Lindsay, VP, III
