The Texas Society of Sleep Professionals endorses permanent standard time as the natural and biological clock with maximum benefits for human health.

Daylight saving time is an artificial construct, designed to wake us up earlier and cause chronic sleep deprivation.

We urge our law makers to recognize large bodies of evidence that support standard time for both health and safety and prevent hazards like traffic accidents and reduced productivity.

AARC CCRC Forms Announcement

Thank you for attending the 2025 TSSP Conference.

The TSSP will be emailing out the AARC CCRC forms in a few days. If you need AARC CCRC forms and haven’t done so already, please email treasurer@txssp.org

We ask you to please keep in mind that the AARC only informed us of approval for education credits on the day of the conference. This has created a delay in delivery of AARC CCRC forms. We ask that you afford the Board some grace in the delivery of these forms.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We appreciate your participation in the conference.
