Today, Dr. Omey participate in a hip mobile class instructed by board certified sports physical therapy specialist Devin Bailey. After the only hour long class, Dr. Omey and her fellow classmates had an extensive amount of progress in that hour alone.

In order to prevent injury as well as recover from injury, it’s important to mobilize our bodies. Physical therapy is not just for the injured!

As we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to thank you all for your continued cooperation. We remain open at this time, however, ask that you not schedule or reschedule if you have:
fever, respiratory illness, cough or have travelled internationally or been on a cruise in the last 30 days.
We are limiting our waiting room to the patient and one NECESSARY assistant only.
Currently, elective surgeries are still being performed.
We will continue to monitor this day to day and are taking necessary precautions to keep our patients and staff as safe as possible.
