Located in the cultural gateway to the American west, Garden Terrace at Fort Worth, Texas, offers a rich experience for patients with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. Our nursing home is designed as a safe, comfortable place where patients can receive the compassionate care they need from staff specially trained in dementia. In addition to 24/7 skilled nursing care, we offer physical, occupational and speech therapies on an inpatient and outpatient basis for patients to maintain higher function longer. In addition, our activities help engage residents' minds in pastimes that are meaningful to them.

This past week, our patients enjoyed a wonderful day outdoors planting beautiful flowers to welcome the new season. From picking out their favorite blooms to getting their hands in the soil, there were smiles all around! 🌷 Activities like these aren’t just fun — they help promote relaxation, creativity, and a sense of accomplishment.
