Grateful for a full schedule. Thankful I get to do what I love.

My word of the year is wisdom.
My goal in work is to be fully present for every session & every massage.
My hope is that I can be used as an agent of transformation (no matter how small) for every encounter with a client or a potential client.
My dream is to use my gifts, talent and business to shed light where darkness once resided.

It’s a joy to be able to hand out free massages at our community’s Holiday in the Park! I enjoyed working alongside so many wonderful businesses and families who came out to enjoy such a gorgeous day in the neighborhood! Kristy Shallcross did an incredible job organizing this event! I feel beyond lucky to get to do this as my job!!! If you’re looking to elevate your business with bringing massage to the workplace, let me know. A few months ago I received a word over me that I didn’t know I needed. This wonderful couple spoke life into me and said, “you are right where you need to be.” I could not believe the amount of times I ask if I am missing something or I am just honestly not content with where I am at. However, that day, this incredible couple laid their hands on me and prayed for me and asked for me to be fully satisfied in where God had me. Each week since then, I am reminded of that. Today, I was able to have as a client. Her story is incredible and this session again, gave me candid reassurance that I am doing what I am suppose to be doing.

Get a massage, friends. You need it. You’re worthy of rest and peace and rejuvenation.

Contentment is a rare gift. Satisfaction is usually fleeting. There is more to this life than we could ever imagine. Take it all in.

My local clients! I took the summer off from working at one of my favorite places- !!! I was home to be with my kiddos. It’s extremely important to do what I love and pursue my career. I am passionate about helping people with their health and wellness as a whole. In the same breathe, I am also sold out on making sure my family doesn’t get the burnt out, worn out version of me. It is not lost on me that I have this gift of being able to spend those weeks with these beautiful souls. Practice what you preach, amen? 🙌🏼

All this to say, I am back and working at Express Chiropractic and love what I do! Come see our incredible Doctors and see me for a massage! When you choose your wellness, you can fill up your cup and give more to the things you want in life.
