Fitness Fun Fact:
"Ladies did you know that women are Quad Dominant? Meaning that our Quads are naturally stronger than our Hamstrings. There's a reason why we do so well at Squats, Leg Extension, etc. and our legs are so strong that's simply being that we have strong Quads.
This is good thing but has its downside as well because our Hamstrings are weak. This is why we should Deadlift more often or better yet any Hip Hinge exercise to strengthen our Hamstrings. Stronger Hamstrings help support stronger Glutes.
Now that you know this, hit the gym and start putting in work on building those Hamstring muscles. While you're there don't forget to hit those Lats, Core, and Lower Back.
