It's okay if you haven't built consistency in your Nutrition yet.

It's okay if your finances aren't where you need them to be in order to support a consistent healthy lifestyle.

It's okay if you are still finding your balance between Whole Foods and Soul Foods.

It's okay of you are still learning about Nutrition.

It's okay if you don't fully understand macros.

GO TO THE GYM ANYWAY! CONTINUE TO WORKOUT AND FOLLOW THAT PLAN!

Yes, in order to maximize your results and become healthier overall your Nutrition plays a huge part in that. However, don't let anyone make you feel like less of a person just because your Nutrition isn't where they want your Nutrition to be because it takes time, patience, and failure in order to become consistent.

In the meantime keep working out and building consistency in your workout routine until you are able to consistently live a healthier lifestyle. As long as you understand you won't get the results that you are looking for right away but the moment you're finally able to have a healthier lifestyle your results will come quicker than you can imagine because you have put in the work in the gym to take care of your body.

Fitness Fun Fact:

"Ladies did you know that women are Quad Dominant? Meaning that our Quads are naturally stronger than our Hamstrings. There's a reason why we do so well at Squats, Leg Extension, etc. and our legs are so strong that's simply being that we have strong Quads.

This is good thing but has its downside as well because our Hamstrings are weak. This is why we should Deadlift more often or better yet any Hip Hinge exercise to strengthen our Hamstrings. Stronger Hamstrings help support stronger Glutes.

Now that you know this, hit the gym and start putting in work on building those Hamstring muscles. While you're there don't forget to hit those Lats, Core, and Lower Back.
