There’s something special about practicing during teacher training weekends. The room is full. The breath is strong. The intention is amplified. 🔥

Our 200 Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at meets for six in-person weekends, and during those weekends our 10am classes are filled with trainees and community members moving, breathing, learning, and uplifting each other in real time. 🙌

A packed house. ✨
Amazing vibes. ⚡️
Community energy. 🫶

You don’t have to be in the training to be part of it—just sign up for class and come practice with us. Your presence supports the trainees as they grow into their voices and step into leadership.
