Life is a journey. We make healthy decisions, unhealthy decisions, and no decisions, which is a decision. We use healthy coping skills and unhealthy coping skills. Most of the time, we are sleepwalking through life. We are careless, thoughtless, and unaware of how precious our lives are, and we live in fear and helplessness. We are not afraid of dying, although, we might not want to die. Instead, we live like we are afraid of living!
Wake up! Notice what is around you. Is it part of who you really are? Is it authentic? Does it bring you peace and calmness? What do you need?
Seek help if you need it. Right now. Don’t wait. You have suffered long enough.
