Searching for housing for UHCO extern in DFW!!

Hi colleagues - I have a current 4th year UHCO extern at the Community Eye Clinic Fort Worth, and her housing fell through for the Spring semester....does anyone have a room they can rent? Or have leads on a reasonably-priced rental property?
Formal renters have been challenging since she's using student loans to help pay the rent. Thanks for any leads!! Urgent, as she will have to move back to Houston Monday if we don't find a place.
