We’re honored to partner with The Emberly at Heritage Glen and Benevolent Hearts Home Care for this meaningful Memory Care Support Group.

Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s or dementia can feel overwhelming at times—but no one should have to walk that journey alone. This group provides a safe, supportive space to connect, share experiences, and gain helpful insights from others who truly understand.

Join us Thursday, February 19th from 4:30–6pm. Open to the community. Drinks and snacks provided.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Kristen Snow, Patient Care Manager 🌟

We’re excited to shine the spotlight on Kristen Snow, one of our incredible Patient Care Managers here at Valor!

Kristen brings 11 years of healthcare experience, including 3 years in hospice, and a heart that perfectly matches our mission. When asked what she loves most about her role, Kristen shared that it’s the people—working alongside some of the smartest, most genuine teammates and feeling valued and appreciated in every interaction. She describes the compassion and authenticity at Valor as rare and is proud to play a part in the meaningful care we provide to our patients and families.

Outside of work, Kristen’s favorite hobby is sleeping (and honestly, with an amazing toddler at home, that’s completely understandable 😉).

Fun fact: Kristen was a competitive clogger in her pr***en years—and fair warning to friends and family, she can still flawlessly bust out a few combo steps when the moment strikes! 💃

Kristen, we are so grateful for your leadership, heart, and the positivity you bring to Valor every day. Thank you for all that you do!
