Yesterday, we paused to remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice, honor those who have served, and keep those currently serving in our prayers.

✨ Employee Spotlight: Alyce Ross, RN Case Manager-Dallas Branch ✨

Please help us recognize Alyce Ross, one of our amazing RN Case Managers serving our Dallas Branch!

Alyce has been a nurse for over 18 years, with 11 years dedicated to hospice care. Throughout her career, she has worked in many areas of nursing, including management, hospitals, long-term care, travel nursing, and even serving during the COVID pandemic. But through it all, hospice has always been her first love.

Alyce has been part of the Valor Hospice team for 2 years and 3 months, and we are so thankful for the compassion, experience, and heart she brings to our patients and families. At the end of each day, Alyce finds comfort in knowing she has done everything possible to ensure her patients receive the care, dignity, and compassion they deserve.

Outside of work, Alyce loves traveling to exotic places, spending time with her family, especially her grandkids, and giving thanks to God for all His blessings.

Thank you, Alyce, for the love and dedication you pour into hospice care every day. We are blessed to have you on Team Valor! 🖤💛

We had such a great time co-hosting with 4 Connection Home Care and Century 21 Mike Bowman at 199 Winery for a fun Cinco de Mayo themed trivia event with the wonderful seniors from Legacy Oaks of Azle!

Laci, Landi & the Valor team had the best time with an ice cream truck takeover as we celebrated the amazing teams at Springtown Park Rehabilitation and Care Center and College Park Rehab. 🫶🏻
