After sustaining a stroke while jogging, Mr. Calvin came to us from Texas Health determined to regain his independence. Over the course of 21 days, he worked tirelessly with our team and recently had the opportunity to participate in a community outing as part of his rehabilitation journey.

We are proud to celebrate his progress as he discharged back home and continues his recovery with outpatient therapy. Wishing him continued strength and success on the road ahead!
