Raina co-founded Milestones DFW in 2022, after a distinguished career in the Autism community, progressing from a Registered Behavior Technician to a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and Program Director of a notable Autism clinic in Fort Worth. Her extensive experience and dedication to developing effective treatment plans for children with challenging behaviors have made her a respected leader in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. 👩‍🏫
James, also a co-founder of Milestones DFW, has been a practicing actuary since 2008. His passion lies in leveraging new technology to advance ABA practices, aligning perfectly with The Cognity’s commitment to innovation.
