The Carter Rehabilitation and Fitness Center is not just a neighborhood gym. As a hospital-based fitness center located on the Baylor All Saints Medical Center at Fort Worth campus, it's a beacon of health and wellness for the entire community. Whether you're looking to get back into an exercise routine after spending years on the couch or are training for a triathlon, our advanced facilities and programs can help you achieve your fitness goals quicker. Over 30 land and water based classes are included with membership. Classes include balance, tai chi, yoga, pilates, tabata, boot camps, piloxing, water aerobics, and aqua zumba. A new member assessment and equipment orientation with a personal trainer is included with sign up. Our personal trainers currently hold at least a bachelor's degree in a related field and have obtained a certification from either the NSCA or ACSM. Our aquatics area includes a 30,000 gallon pool, therapy pool, and hot tub. Small group or private swimming lessons are available for anyone 6 months or older by a WSI Red Cross instructor. Our main gym floor features Cybex® strength equipment and free weights, as well as treadmills, ellipticals, Arc traininers, exercise bikes, NuSteps®, rowers, and stair climbers. Our other services include massage therapy with a licensed massage therapist and nutrition counseling with a registered dietitian. Memberships do not require a long-term contract and are on a month-to month basis.
