Meet yoga instructor Madison 🧘‍♀️ One of Madison’s favorite things about teaching at Canyon Ranch Fort Worth is the intimate class setting, which allows her to connect with each member and support their practice in a thoughtful, personalized way.

Join Madison for Infrared Yoga Flow on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:00AM, or Restorative Yoga at 11:00AM on Thursdays, a grounding way to reset before heading into the weekend. You can also work with Madison through a private or small group session.
