Try these 3 simple breathwork techniques to reset your nervous system:

Box Breathing – Inhale 4, hold 4, exhale 4, hold 4. Repeat. Calms the mind and body in minutes.

Extended Exhale – Inhale for 4, exhale for 6-8. Longer exhales activate your parasympathetic nervous system (aka your rest + relax mode).

Alternate Nostril Breathing – Balance both brain hemispheres and bring yourself back to center. Inhale left, exhale right. Inhale right, exhale left.

Just 1-2 minutes of mindful breath can shift your entire day.
