Tuesday- Pilates Mat 5-6pm
Wednesday- Pilates Mat 9-10am
Core Yoga 5-6pm
Thursday- Pilates Mat 5-6pm
Friday- Core Yoga 9-10am
Saturday- Pilates Mat 9-10am

Pilates equipment classes and private or small group sessions are also available by appointment, for more information or scheduling

On Monday, September 1, I will teach "Pilates at the Lake" on the deck at my house, 9am. I will send directions soon to enrolled students; your nav & map apps will work, too. If you like, bring something to share for after class.

All our classes will be held Thanksgiving week EXCEPT — no yoga Friday, November 29.
Pilates mat class will take place at The training Center and on Zoom at 9am on Saturday, November 30.

Upcoming, we will have a private tour at the Dutch Masters in a Global Age exhibit at the Kimbell in early December.

Our annual Christmas get together for our students will take place on Saturday, December 7 after our Pilates Mat class.
