TAHC&H strongly supports federal efforts to root out fraud and remove bad actors from Medicare home health and hospice programs.

As CMS implements a six-month moratorium on new hospice and home health enrollment, TAHC&H continues to urge a targeted, risk-based approach that protects patients, strengthens program integrity, and preserves access to legitimate care, especially in rural and underserved Texas communities.

Compliant providers are partners in this work, and TAHC&H stands ready to support CMS, the Anti-Fraud Task Force, and Congress in advancing targeted, data-driven strategies that stop fraud while protecting access to care at home.
