With mixed emotions, I announce my departure from practice with Texas Health Care, PLLC/Privia Medical Group North Texas/MY Texas Health Care OB/GYN, effective November 4th, 2022. It has been a great pleasure providing for your health care needs over the years. After November 4th, my call partners will take over my practice. My call partners are Drs Douglas Decker, Martin Read, Martha Guerra, Mickey Hooper, Rachel Lusby, Elisabeth Wagner, Robert Zwernemann, James Herd, William Maxwell and Beatrice Kutzler.

I am pleased you will have the opportunity to have them as your physicians. Of course, you may seek medical care from another physician if you like. Your medical records are confidential, and a copy can be transferred to another doctor or released to you or another person you designate only with permission. Your records will remain on file at my former offices. You may sign a release through any of my office locations. I have valued our relationship greatly. Thank you for your loyalty and friendship over the years.
