The community is nestled among 51 acres of rolling countryside with a fully stocked lake. We offer Lakewood Village apartments for Independent Living, Cummings Assisted Living, and Parks Memory Care. Outpatient Therapy, Home2Stay personal care services, and Hospice care are also available as part of our continuum of care.
