For more than 30 years, we have been a member of the Christian Care Communities & Services family of faith-based, non-profit communities, currently serving the DFW area. The Fort Worth community has always been committed to providing a comfortable lifestyle and many health care services in a loving and compassionate environment that encourage relationships, independence, and dignity through spiritual, physical, social, and recreational programs. The community is nestled among 51 acres of rolling countryside with a fully stocked lake. We offer Lakewood Village apartments for Independent Living, Cummings Assisted Living, and Parks Memory Care. Outpatient Therapy, Home2Stay personal care services, and Hospice care are also available as part of our continuum of care.
