I hope at the end of my life I am able to look back and be in awe of the experiences more than the time and the money!

This weekend, I descended into a cave with other people for a sound bath. Yep - totally woo woo, but also what a reminder of small it can be to be human and how incredible our planet is! I was down in the earth, you all!!! lol!

And listen, your girl is getting older. There were steps….so many steps….but I did it at my own pace and it was peaceful!

All beside several incredible women who have walked with me these last 2 years in the most transformational path in my life. I am stepping into my truth and the results are going make some people uncomfortable!

Get in a cave, folks! It is magical!

36 hours. No sleep. Full hormone streak!

Even hormone coaches get it wrong sometimes because we don’t always follow our own suggestions! But here’s the thing! I saw the pattern coming and I prepared myself for what I knew my body was going to do!

🍌Cinnamon Banana Bread because regulating your hormones doesn’t mean breaking up with carbs.

Bananas bring the calm (magnesium + B6 for stress + mood), cinnamon helps balance blood sugar, and real butter keeps your hormones fed, not frantic.

Warm, cozy, and totally perfect for Fall (hey it is in the 70s here in Texas , so it counts as fall 😉).

Tell me, are you team walnuts, chocolate chips, or straight-up classic?

🍌 Cinnamon Banana Bread
Cozy, blood-sugar-steadying, hormone-happy.
Mix: 2½ mashed bananas, 2 eggs, ½ cup melted butter, ¾ cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla.
Add: 1½ cups flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt.
Swirl: ¼ cup brown sugar + 1½ tsp cinnamon.
Bake: 350°F ~55-60 min (or Quick Bread cycle).
