Nanda Yoga + Foundry District 🧘🏽‍♀️   We are SO excited to share our new partnership with the The Foundry District] ! We will kick off our monthly kids yoga pop up Saturday, March 26 at 10 am in Inspiration Alley. Foundry Flow will take place the 3rd Saturday of each month and is open to all ages and abilities. This month, will join in on the fun for a creative make and take following class!   Please bring a mat and water. Class is $10/family, sign up link in bio.
