Another amazing The Ridglea + Select Rehabilitation success story! 🌟

We’re proud to join the launched by the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living. This campaign celebrates residents reaching meaningful milestones in their therapy programs — shining a light on the incredible progress happening right here in our community. 💪✨

We are so proud to celebrate the incredible journey of one of our amazing residents! After a hip fracture, this 100-yeqr-old faced many challenges — once needing maximum assistance with daily activities and only able to walk 25 feet. But through his determination and the hard work of our therapy team, he’s made truly inspiring progress.

Today, he can walk 700 feet with a rolling walker under supervision, showing strong balance and growing confidence. He’s also enjoying full mobility in his wheelchair and independence in his daily activities. He and his family are beyond thrilled with his recovery, and we couldn’t be prouder to support him every step of the way.

Here at The Ridglea, we’re proud to celebrate the lives of current or passed loved ones living with dementia – that’s why we’re partnering with Dementia Friendly Fort Worth for the “Faces of Dementia” showcase on Sept 18 (4-7 pm) at the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History.

Here’s how you can get involved:
📸 Submit a photo + short story of your loved one by August 10th to be featured in this meaningful event.

✨ Open to all — they don’t have to be a resident of our community.
🏆 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes will be awarded at the event.
