We are proud to share the story of Dr. Olivia Lapucha, a resident in our Family Medicine clinic whose approach to patient care has been greatly impacted by her experience of becoming a mother to one-year-old Andy. 💙 Juggling residency and motherhood can be challenging, but Dr. Lapucha credits the support she has at home and in the clinic to making it all work.

“In many ways, becoming a parent has made me a better and more attuned physician and has brought me more joy than I could have imagined,” Lapucha said. “Residency may not always feel balanced in every moment, but it can still be a deeply meaningful and beautiful season of life.”
