You don’t have to struggle alone! Today we encourage individuals experiencing eating disorders and their loved ones to reach out and ask for help via our therapist-staffed helpline and findEDhelp website/app. You can also text “ALLIANCE” to 741741

Our helpline is run by licensed and specialized therapists. We can provide support and referrals to all levels of care from eating disorders, specialized therapists and dietitians to acute medical stabilization.

All I can say is wow! God is so good! Stephanie and I had the privilege and honor of sharing our book with the amazing conference attendees. So many wonderful conversations were had about how our book bridges the gap of sound Biblical theology, nutrition science, and body image and creates a resource that didn’t exist until now. It was such an honor to have our book sold in the bookstore alongside so many esteemed Christian authors and counselors. Huge shoutout to Tammy and Kathleen with the Association of Biblical Counselors for making all of this possible. Also, shoutout to my mom for coming to Fort Worth and helping with my 5 month old son so that I could not only promote the book but also enjoy the conference.

2024 was truly an eventful year! I had a baby and during pregnancy, I wrote a book with my former intern, .brown all about what the Bible has to say about food and body image. Our book is like no other book currently available. Our aim was to FIRST discuss the Gospel and THEN apply it to our food and body struggles. We believe it’s such an important message and we are so excited to have it out there.
Lazarus is not biased at all and at just 5 weeks old he told me that he loved the book! It’s not like the author of the book is his favorite person or the source of all of his sustenance! 🤣🤣🤣
