Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10:30 AM in person and online.
Mat Pilates is a low-impact practice designed to build core strength, improve posture, increase flexibility, and create balanced full-body stability through mindful movement and breath.
Lisa’s classes are supportive, approachable, and effective for all experience levels whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice.
