Requiring energy and willpower 3 times a day 7 days a week to eat healthy will lead to failure. Set yourself up for success on automation by following these tips to meal plan in record time.
1. Plan what meals you'll have, at least for breakfast and lunch. They should be generally the same concept (smoothies, oatmeal, salads, burrito bowls) but just rotate the ingredients.
2. Plan 1-2 days per week to prep the meals.
3. Create a digital list of foods that you can use and check off in the store, so you're not building from scratch each week.
