Hearing from families and visitors is the highlight of our day! Our teams take great pride in going above and beyond to provide the highest standard of care for your loved ones. We are so grateful for these kind words and the trust our families place in us.

What better way to end " the golden rule week" than to share some kind words from one of our visitors, Renee Cejka. Renee's parents are here with us. We asked her what she likes about our facility. Renee said " I love that y'all treat my parents like family and I have peace knowing that y'all take care of them and the other residents." She added " Everyone is always welcoming and friendly. I love that there is good communication with the staff".

At Shiner Nursing & Rehabilitation Center your opinion matters. We will continue to care for and love on our residents like family, because they are our family.

This International Women’s Month, we’re honored to celebrate Mrs. Laura Guest, resident at Oak Ridge Manor Skilled Nursing & Rehab!

From graduating as an RN in 1950 to serving as a head surgical nurse and educator, her life is a beautiful legacy of compassion and care.

She has touched countless lives and continues to inspire us every day! ❤

In honor of Women’s History Month, we are celebrating the incredible Mrs. Wyatt. From her college days inspired by a great professor to her global travels with her husband, she has always been a storyteller.

Whether writing about her African Odyssey in "The Little Dry" or teaching children through her faith based books, her message remains clear: at our core, we are all the same. One of her favorite memories is building friendships with village women in Africa over shared water, a beautiful reminder that our greatest calling is to love one another and share the love of God.

We’re proud to recognize Jerred Spain in his new role as Director of Maintenance Operations – East at Creative Solutions in Healthcare!

Jerred brings more than 15 years of maintenance experience, with a strong focus on life safety, problem solving, and keeping our buildings running at a high level to support resident comfort and safety. Since joining Creative Solutions in Healthcare in 2024, Jerred has made a meaningful impact strengthening teamwork, trust, and survey readiness across his region.

In his new role, Jerred will support and oversee maintenance operations across the East Division, continuing to elevate standards and support our teams in delivering safe, high-quality care environments.
