Our residents enjoyed a delicious holiday meal prepared by our dietary department, and staff joined in celebrating the season together.

So sweet to see the smiles at Villa Toscana at Cypress Woods during their Adopt a Stuffed Animal event! 🧸💙

Residents had a wonderful time choosing their new cuddly companions and enjoying a moment filled with joy and fun. Events like these truly make our homes feel extra special during the Holiday season!

We had a great group coming together for our Area Business Office Consultant Training, complete with some festive "Ugly" Christmas Sweaters!

This training focused on strengthening our skills, collaboration, and leadership to better support our teams and facilities. Proud of our ABOCs for their commitment to continued growth!

Join us is recognizing our MDS Case Managers of the Month, Alicia Klimek from Alvarado Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation and Stephan Kassankogno from Park Place Care Center!

Alice was nominated by Dustin Finley, who shared “I would like to nominate Alicia Klimek at Alvarado. She is dedicated to her team, goes above and beyond to assure her residents are receiving all the care needed, and her team have all the outlets of support to successfully do their jobs daily. She advocates constantly, educates regularly, and digs a little deeper to make sure all noted documentation is claimed for each and every ARD set. She is truly a prime example of what MDSCM is about!”

Stephan was nominated by Janet Smith, who shared "I would like to nominate Stephan Kassankogno for the MDS Spotlight of the Month at Park Place Care Center. Stephan has been a true pillar in the facility since the day we acquired it. His depth of knowledge and willingness to share it make a meaningful difference in ensuring that every resident at Park Place receives the care and services they need.
In his MDS role, Stephan not only follows all policies and procedures with diligence and accuracy, but he also educates his coworkers on the importance behind each step. His commitment to compliance, quality, and teamwork elevates the entire department. Stephan’s peers look up to him for guidance and support, and his consistent dedication sets the standard for excellence. I can’t think of a more deserving candidate for this recognition.”

Please join us in congratulating Jonathan Harris, LNFA, and Joe Griffith, who have been promoted to Area Director of Operations (ADO).

Jonathan Harris will serve as ADO for Area 11, supporting facilities across the North Texas metroplex. Jonathan’s passion for long-term care stems from a deeply personal experience that shaped his commitment to dignity, compassion, and exceptional resident care. He has built strong teams and led with excellence across skilled nursing, hospice, and post-acute care settings.

Joe Griffith will serve as ADO for Area 14, supporting facilities throughout East Texas. Joe’s career in long-term care began in 1998 and has been guided by a strong sense of service. Since joining Creative Solutions, he has led teams through complex challenges while building meaningful and lasting relationships.

We are proud to celebrate Jonathan and Joe and look forward to the leadership, experience, and heart they bring as they step into these new roles!

A delicious breakfast at Brownwood Nursing & Rehab! 🍳🥓

Residents enjoyed a hearty spread with ham & egg casserole, crispy bacon, golden hash browns, a buttery crescent roll, oatmeal with raisins, and fresh fruit. Nothing like a hearty meal to fuel a happy morning!
