Join us in celebrating our April DON and ADONs of the Month- Catherine Wilkinson, DON and Jonathan Vasquez and Holly Ford, ADONs at Graham Oaks Care Center!

Catherine is a dependable leader who supports her team and fosters a positive learning environment. Since transferring to Graham Oaks in October, she led the team to a deficiency-free annual nursing survey in just six months while also mentoring and training fellow DONs.

Jonathan has been with Creative since 2020 and was promoted to ADON at Graham Oaks in October 2025. He is a hands-on leader dedicated to his residents and supporting staff development across facilities. He also became VOHRA wound care certified and achieved a healing rate of over 40%.

Holly joined Graham Oaks in 2021 as a Charge Nurse and was promoted to ADON in 2025. She is a hands-on leader who supports residents and staff, promotes resident engagement, and continues to grow while mentoring her team.

Congratulations, Catherine, Jonathan, and Holly — thank you for all that you do!
