Your health has a sliding baseline with very few things that have a hard effect on it. Most things like supplements, oils and things will add to your health but keep the baseline where it is. Things like physical exercise, therapy, and Chiropractic address the baseline, generating a whole body evolution.
Look you don’t have anything if you don’t first have your health. You don’t deserve to be moving toward a life with a cabinet filled with meds. Invest in well care now so you don’t have to invest in sick care later.
