The kids are back in school… now it’s time to find you again.

I’m Jenn, athletic trainer and nutrition coach behind Unlocked Athletic Therapy and personal trainer at . I am launching an 8-week ONLINE coaching course full of education, encouragement, and support to get you back on track with your health and fitness goals!

It’s about small, steady steps that leave you feeling stronger, lighter, and more yourself.

Have an injury or issue getting in your way? Don’t let that stop you, I can help! Most of my career has been spent treating and rehabbing athletic injuries.

I’ll be getting back to myself right along with you!! I am 4.5 weeks out from spine surgery and need to majorly reign in my nutrition. I’ll also be working to slowly rebuild strength within the restrictions I still have. Let’s do this together! I can’t wait to feel like myself again!

📅 With enough interest we’ll start August 20 — because we don’t always have to start on a Monday. Space will be limited so we can keep it personal.
