Join us this holiday season for a two week Sound Bath Restorative Series!

✨Candlelight Restore w/ Sq**rt December 12th 7-8:15pm
✨Candlelight Aerial Restore w/ Kelsey December 19th 7-8:15pm

Lexie Williams will be leading a sound bath session during both classes. Never experienced a sound bath? Sound healing uses specific tones, rhythms, and vibrations to guide your brain and body into a restorative state. Lexie will be using instruments like crystal bowls, wind chimes, an ocean drum, and more to create frequencies that harmonize the body and the mind. The best addition to a restorative class 🕯️🤍

This month we wanted to do something a little different and highlight Sophia AND her son Rafael! Rafael joins his momma every Saturday for the Lil Souls class while she takes class next door. They are both such a joy to have around. We love that they share a love for yoga and are able to do it together ❤️

A closer look at who will be joining us on the day of our anniversary celebration!

Match Point Coffee will be here first thing Saturday morning with coffee, tacos, muffins, + scones! We will also have vegan and non vegan donuts to grab and go.

Joining us for the second year in a row- Agape Pops! A variety of dairy and non dairy pop will be out for grabs by 10:30am

Ms. Rosy with MiniKaritas will be here offering kid’s face painting during our Kid’s Zone from 11:30am-1:30pm. If your kiddo wants to take the Lil Soul’s class at 12, they can get their face painted before or after class! Ms Rosy has been with us since we opened and we appreciate her so much!

After our last (FREE) class of the day, we will have food from Chandra catered! We love getting together and hanging out with our community after a busy day of yoga! Even if you can’t make it to class come by afterwards to toast with us 🥂

Foundations to Now: Soul Sweat

Owned by Melinda & Jayson Nag, Soul Sweat Hot Yoga opened its doors under new management in 2016. The Nags created Soul Sweat as a great opportunity to restore and bring to Fort Worth a fresh, upbeat HOT YOGA studio. SSHY has acquired multiple awards, including Star-Telegram's "Best Yoga Studio 2018". In November of 2018, SSHY opened a new, state-of-the-art studio location in the Near Southside District of Fort Worth, housing 2 yoga rooms, and multiple sought-after amenities. The Nags are now expanding to their second SSHY location in Colleyville which will open January 11, 2020.

This sequence is a blend of power, Ashtanga and Vinyasa-styled asanas crafted into flows. Many of our students find benefits in this sequence, ranging from a stronger, more toned and flexible body, and an improved state of mind that encourages relaxation, self-acceptance and awareness.

As a Soul Sweat Community, we are filled with individuals who welcome everyone. From experienced students to new-comers, our Studio has doors that stay open because of the acceptance and assistance we offer each SSHY Client.
