1 week into the Standard Process Detox Balance and the Aligned Spine’s Detox with the Doc.

Here’s your reminder that dinner doesn’t have to be boring! All in the photo is cleanse approved and was oh so delicious! It tasted close enough to the “real thing” even my husband gave it a 👍.

Tonight’s dinner was a mixed greens and beet salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing and a Baked Chicken “unParm” in a spaghetti squash bowl with homemade approved marinara sauce.

It’s that time again! Dr. McGill is gearing up for a fresh start to the new year by doing the Standard Process 28 day Detox cleanse. We will start as a group on Jan 10th, or you can start sooner if you prefer.

If would like to join, she will be building a small community of patients and friends to journey with her through the process.
