Our Story
Massage and Me
The interest for massage therapy started for me while playing sports in high school. I began to see how manipulating muscle tissue lessened soreness after activity and reduced recovery time after injury. Massage therapy grew from an interest to a passion for me after my knowledge and experiences grew through working in the field along side chiropractors, physical therapists and doctors.
My belief is that massage therapy is for everyone. Whether you are a weekend warrior, desk jockey, cross fit champion, struggle with mental illness, overcoming an injury or someone seeking a little time just for you.
Massage therapy involves hands-on techniques to increase circulation, reduce tension and stress, increase range of motion, relieve anxiety, improve sleep and promote relaxation throughout the entire body, as well as many other benefits.
