Fort Worth Counseling and Intervention At FWCAI, we specialize in different types of counseling approaches aimed at different client goals. As guides we work for you, and your pace is our pace.

Our counseling goal is to help you regain your role as the hero of your story. In order to achieve this goal you need a guide with whom you can share your struggles. We understand that sharing your story with us can be difficult and recognize the privilege it is to be included on your journey. You must trust that we are safe, affirming, and attuned to your struggles, and that we have the skills necessary to guide you on the path to wholeness. Here is our promise to you:

Confidentiality is essential of course, and your story will be held in trust by your counselor until you are willing and ready to share it with others, if ever. We will not push you to journey faster than you are capable of going. Because our counselor / guides specialize in specific areas of treatment rather than a general practice, we concentrate our skill building efforts around our specialties. We are constantly training ourselves to ensure your journey is expertly guided.

In order to achieve this goal it is necessary to have helpful, caring, and professional guides with whom you can share your struggles. We will help you identify, confront, and overcome problematic issues and develop the skills to live a free and fulfilling life. We understand that sharing your story can be difficult and we recognize the great privilege it is to be included on your journey. We strive to be safe, affirming, and attuned to your struggles and our counselors have the skills and training necessary to guide you on the path to wholeness.

Counseling Approaches:

Individual counseling helps a person understand himself or herself better. It is an interior process of helping a person gain insight and skills to live a fulfilling and satisfying life.

Couples counseling explores the unique dynamic in relationships between people fully committed to each other. A marriage partner has the power to affect his or her spouse in ways that no other person can.
