What a day!
This morning, Serenity View opened its doors to the The LinkD Network community. We couldn’t be more grateful for every person who walked through them.
What you’re seeing in this video is part of the story: the early morning prep, the details we poured ourselves into, and the moments that happened when our community showed up. This is what “Love at All Times” looks like in practice, not just as a tagline, but as a standard we hold ourselves to every single day, for every single person in our care.
To everyone who came out today…thank you! You reminded us exactly why we built this place.

Earlier this week, we talked about the in-between space in senior care — the gap between traditional assisted living and locked memory care that leaves so many families without good options.

Today I want to get specific: what should you actually look for when evaluating a community for a loved one with complex or early cognitive needs?

A few questions worth asking:

→ Is there a physician directly involved in care oversight — not just "available as needed"?
→ What is the staff-to-resident ratio, and is it consistent across shifts?
→ Can the care plan evolve as needs change, without requiring a move to a different facility?
→ Is the community built for relationship — or for scale?
→ When behavioral changes occur, is the first instinct medication — or curiosity?

At Serenity View, with 16 residents and physician-led care at the center of everything we do, we can say yes to all of these. That wasn't luck. That was the design.

If you've been searching and nothing has felt quite right — that feeling matters. Trust it. And then call us.
