We just want to say thank you to everyone who attended Real Talk: Calming the Chaos on March 24, 2026! đź’™

It was such a powerful night filled with practical tools, honest conversations, and encouragement around managing stress, anxiety, and social media use. We’re praying that God continues to guide each of you toward your next step in healing and peace.

If you weren’t able to take it all in—or want to revisit what you learned—we’ve got you covered:

🎥 Watch the full recording here:
https://youtu.be/68VCUzJoCUM

📄 Be sure to review the handout and resources that were shared. As you do, we encourage you to choose just ONE thing to focus on this week. Don’t overwhelm yourself—start small and be consistent.

One powerful takeaway was identifying your Stress Personality Type (from Sara Mellado’s presentation). Understanding how you respond to stress is a huge first step—not just for you, but for your family as well. This awareness can open the door to healthier conversations and stronger relationships.

🙏 Remember: You don’t have to do this alone.
If you’d like to connect with one of our Mental Health Advocates, send us a DM and we'll make the introduction. Our team is here to walk alongside you with care, support, and encouragement.

đź“… Mark your calendars!
The next Real Talk is happening June 23rd, where we’ll hear about how depression can leave us feeling stuck—and how to begin moving forward.

We’re honored to be part of your journey. 💛

🌟 This Week’s Encouragement 🌟

One of the biggest lies we tell ourselves in recovery is:
“I should be further along by now.”

But here’s the truth — healing is not a race.
It’s a journey of small, faithful steps.
Some days you’ll feel strong.
Some days you’ll feel weak.

Both days, you are still moving forward if you keep showing up.
At Celebrate Recovery, we celebrate every victory — no matter how small. We don’t compare journeys. We support each other.

If you’re feeling discouraged this week, remember:
*God is not finished with you yet.
*Your story is still being written, and every step you take toward freedom matters.
*You are not alone.
*We’re walking this road together.

See you tonight at the North Fort Worth Campus of Fellowship of the Parks - FOTP!

If you need prayer or just someone to talk to, message us anytime.

Drop a ❤️ if this speaks to you, or comment “I’M IN” if you’ll be joining us this week.

🌸 Happy Easter from Celebrate Recovery at FOTP! 🌸

He is risen! ✨

This Easter, we celebrate the ultimate story of recovery:
Jesus took our brokenness, our shame, our addictions, and our hurts… and He rose victorious so we could have new life.
No matter how far you’ve fallen, how long you’ve struggled, or how hopeless it once felt — the tomb is empty and your new beginning is possible.

Today we remember:
🙏🏼 Recovery isn’t just possible… it’s promised through Christ.
🙏🏼 Grace is greater than our worst day.
🙏🏼 Hope is alive because He is alive.

If you’re in recovery, just starting, or still thinking about taking that first step — you are not alone. Jesus specializes in turning graves into gardens and addicts into ambassadors.

Join us this week as we celebrate resurrection power in our lives and in our recovery journey.

He is risen indeed!
Alleluia! 🙌

🌱 Celebrate Recovery Mental Health

This simple but powerful logo reminds us that true healing begins when we bring our struggles into the light.

At Celebrate Recovery, we believe mental health matters — and that real recovery is possible when we stop hiding our pain and start walking it out with honesty, community, and faith. Whether you’re battling anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, grief, or just the weight of life that feels too heavy sometimes… you are not alone, and you are not beyond hope.

CR is a safe place where we:
• Admit our hurts, habits, and hang-ups
• Surrender them to a loving God
• Learn to live in freedom one day at a time
• Support one another without judgment

If you’re carrying something heavy tonight, know this: Your story isn’t over. Recovery is possible. Healing is possible. Hope is possible.

💚 If this speaks to you, drop a ❤️ in the comments or message us.

We’d love to walk with you.

🌱 A Gentle Reminder This Week 🌱

Recovery isn’t about being perfect — it’s about progress, one day at a time.

At Celebrate Recovery, we create a safe place where you can be honest about your hurts, habits, and hang-ups without fear of judgment. Whether you’re just starting your journey or have been walking it for years, you belong here.
This week, we want to remind you:

Your story matters.
Small steps forward are still victories.
You don’t have to carry it alone.

👉🏻 If you’ve been thinking about coming but keep putting it off, this is your gentle invitation.

👉🏻 If you’ve been coming but feel stuck, this is your reminder that growth happens in community.

We meet every Tuesday night at 7 PM. Celebrate Recovery - FOTP North Fort Worth.

No pressure. No judgment. Just real people walking toward freedom together. See you soon — we’re saving a seat for you.

🌱 Spring Renewal Reminder 🌱

One of the most powerful gifts of Celebrate Recovery is community — a safe place where we don’t have to walk alone.
When we share our struggles, celebrate small victories, and hold each other accountable with grace and truth, real healing happens. No one expects you to be perfect here — only honest and willing to take the next step.

This season, ask yourself:
“Who in my CR family can I reach out to this week?”
And “Who can I let encourage me when I feel like giving up?”
You were never meant to fight your hurts, habits, or hang-ups in isolation. That’s why we gather — to remind each other that freedom is possible, one step, one meeting, one honest share at a time.

💛 If you’re new, hurting, or just need a reminder that you’re not alone — we’re here for you.
See you at our next meeting!
Drop a 🙌 or ❤️ in the comments if you’re thankful for your CR family.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR CR TONIGHT! SEE BELOW!

🗣️ REAL TALK: Calming the Chaos | Tuesday, March 24 • 7:00 PM

📍 Live at the NFW Campus

If anxiety has been loud lately, tonight is for you.

We’re kicking off our Celebrate Recovery meeting in the main auditorium with this special event featuring Sara Mellado. She’ll share practical, honest tools to calm racing thoughts, steady your emotions, and create healthier rhythms in everyday life.
We’ll also talk about how constant connectivity and social media overload are fueling stress and comparison — and how to set healthy boundaries that actually bring peace and balance back.
Parents of teens: this is especially helpful if your student is dealing with anxiety, pressure, or social media stress. You’ll walk away better equipped to understand and support them.

After the main session, we’ll head to our regular room at 8:00 PM for Celebrate Recovery small groups.

Registration is FREE — just show up!

See you tonight! ❤️

We’re excited to share that we now have live testimonies scheduled all the way through April at Celebrate Recovery - FOTP North Fort Worth!

There is something powerful about hearing how God works in real lives. Each testimony is a reminder that no one is alone, no one is too far gone, and real healing is possible.

If you’ve never experienced a testimony night, we encourage you to come and hear how God is transforming lives right here in our community. You might be surprised how much someone else’s story speaks directly to your own.

Join us Tuesdays at 7 PM and be encouraged by what God is doing.

“Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed.” — James 5:16
