Today we want to recognize someone who means so much to our Comfort Keepers family, our Director of Operations, James Kates.

James served in the United States Army for 21 years, including three tours of duty, serving our country with honor, resilience, and unwavering commitment. The leadership, discipline, and compassion he demonstrated in service continue to be part of the way he guides and supports our caregivers and clients today.

We are deeply grateful not only for his service to our nation, but also for the heart and dedication he brings into his work each and every day. He leads with purpose, care, and genuine respect for others.

And if you saw him today, yes, that was him making the perfect Uncle Sam, visiting our referral partners and spreading Veterans Day appreciation throughout the community. ❤️🤍💙
