Small Hands, Big Hearts Pediatric Therapy Management Effective August 1, 2021, Merakey, a multi-state provider of health and human services, acquired Small Hands Big Hearts (SHBH).

We service the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area, managing the relationship between Occupational Therapists/Physical Therapists/Speech Therapists, patients, and insurance companies. Services remain the same, including staffing, mission, and core values. We are a rapidly growing limited liability company currently servicing eleven counties in and around the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area. Small Hands, Big Hearts Pediatric Therapy Management, LLC is a Medicaid certified, Home Health Licensed organization which manages the relationship between Occupational Therapists/Physical Therapists/Speech Therapists, patients, and insurance companies.
