Enjoy a relaxing all-levels yoga flow in a beautiful outdoor setting. This special community event is perfect for unwinding and connecting with neighbors.

Breathe in the fresh air as we hike Eagle Mountain Park and pause for a standing yoga flow designed to stretch and support your hiking muscles.

Backbends are more than just flexibility they are strength, mobility, and openness working together.

Join us for our Backbend Workshop Series ✨ with Dove, a 3 part progressive experience designed to help you safely build depth, strength, and confidence in your practice.

Each session builds on the last as we open the shoulders, spine, and hips while learning how to activate the back body and create space through the front line.

Part 1 May 16 Foundations and Activation
Part 2 June 20 Strength and Depth
Part 3 July 18 Integration and Expression

Expect to feel energized, challenged, and more open both physically and mentally. This is for everyone with options to modify or deepen your practice.

Puppy Yoga never lets you down. So much fun, a great group, and the sweetest little pups all looking for their forever homes.

It was a joy watching this crew flow, smile, and sneak in some puppy cuddles along the way. Thank you to everyone who showed up with open hearts and helped make it such a special afternoon.
