Sunday nights at 8 p.m. at Keller Yoga 🌙

Ease out of the weekend and gently ground your nervous system in a candlelit, aurora-washed space illuminated by galaxy projectors that create a soft, celestial glow. Surrounded by moving light, breath, and stillness, you’ll be guided through slow, mindful movement, grounding poses, and intentional breathing — with warm tea to begin and space to truly settle in.
