Graceful Strength Yoga invites you to discover the power of slowing down. In this 75-minute class, you’ll build strength through intentional, controlled movement and deep awareness. Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) are more than just a warm-up—they are a moving meditation, a full-body workout, and a pathway to greater body awareness. We’ll break down each component, from grounding in Mountain Pose to flowing through Chaturanga and opening in Upward Dog, ensuring proper technique and fluid transitions for a safer, more sustainable practice.
