🎭✨ Behind the Mask: A Mardi Gras Celebration in Pathways ✨🎭
Our Pathways residents fully embraced the rich traditions of Mardi Gras through a meaningful blend of creativity, learning, and celebration.

In the days leading up to the festivities, residents enjoyed an engaging documentary that explored the history and cultural significance of Mardi Gras. Thoughtful discussions afterward sparked storytelling, reminiscence, and wonderful moments of connection. 📚💬

Inspired by the vibrant colors of the season, residents created their own personalized masquerade masks using paints, feathers, and beads — expressing individuality while strengthening fine motor skills and creative engagement. 🎨🪶
We wrapped up our celebration with a festive Mardi Gras Happy Hour, where everyone proudly wore their handcrafted masks, enjoyed live music, and sampled delicious Cajun treats. 💜🎷🍤

🎭 Let the Good Times Roll! 🎶

February’s second Happy Hour brought all the Mardi Gras magic — beads, boas, and plenty of sparkle! Residents looked snazzy and felt jazzy as they sipped bubbly grape fizz cocktails and enjoyed New Orleans–inspired bites crafted by our talented Culinary Director, Brittney Hunt. 🍤🥂🧁
The party hit a high note with our incredible musical guest, Tom Hofer, whose keyboard skills and vocals stole the show. From golden oldies to patriotic classics, he had everyone tapping their toes and singing along! 🎹🎵

Laughter, great food, unforgettable music — it was an afternoon to remember. Until next time… “À plus tard!” ✨

🐐💖 We Had the G.O.A.T. in the House! 💖🐐

That’s right — we welcomed the Greatest of All Time to Bristol Park… in the form of an adorable baby goat!

Trouble, the precious fur‑baby of our very own Amy Jackson from the Culinary Team, made a special visit and completely stole the show — and the hearts — of our residents. Soft as cotton and unbelievably sweet, this little doeling (that’s what you call a baby female goat!) made her way through the community soaking up all the love and attention.

Fun fact: while doelings can sometimes be spunky, Trouble was the picture of calm and charm. “Serenity” might have been a better name — at least for the day!

After enjoying her bottle and plenty of cuddles, we said goodbye to our newest little friend. A huge thank‑you to Amy for sharing Trouble with us. She may grow too big for future visits, but if there are ever any new additions… we’d be thrilled to welcome them baaack! 🐐💕

Our friends at Fort Worth Hospice paid us the sweetest Valentine’s Day visit! Dressed in festive costumes, they made their way through the community spreading joy, taking photos, sharing treats, and—most importantly—bringing big smiles to our residents. 😊❤️
This thoughtful team always surprises us with their creative holiday outfits, and they never fail to brighten our day. Their visits remind us how meaningful and uplifting strong community partnerships can be. 🌟🤝

This delightful Art Enrichment project was led by our talented volunteer, Melissa Lute, who guided our residents in bringing these charming little beetles to life.
Each creation shines with vibrant color and even carries a touch of “heartfelt” flair in celebration of Valentine’s Day. ❤️ From bold reds to playful patterns, every ladybug reflects the joyful spirit and creativity of its artist.
Did you know ladybugs are called “ladybird beetles” in Europe? No matter the name, they’re treasured symbols of hope and renewal.

The Valentine’s Day spirit sprang to life in the most delightful way at Bristol Park as residents gathered for another inspiring session of Bristol Design Den with Shayna. Led by our talented Business Director, Shayna Malsam, this month’s class featured the creation of charming Valentine’s‑themed doorknob hangers—each one heartfelt and beautifully unique. ❤️✨

With Shayna’s creativity and gentle step‑by‑step guidance, residents crafted their own commemorative holiday pieces. From vibrant reds and pinks to thoughtful personal touches, every hanger reflected the creativity and personality of its maker. No two were alike, making each one a perfect expression of the love‑filled season.

These adorable works of art will hang proudly on doors long after Valentine’s Day has passed, serving as sweet reminders of time well spent together. A heartfelt thank‑you to Shayna for sharing her imagination, encouragement, and passion with us.

We had a truly wonderful Valentine’s Day here at Bristol Park. The celebration began with an incredible entertainer who serenaded our residents during lunch—our very own Bonnie B., professionally known as Lady B., filled the room with beautiful accordion music. 🎶❤️
Bonnie has performed alongside legends such as Lawrence Welk and world‑renowned tenor Luciano Pavarotti, making it an absolute treat to experience her remarkable talent right here at home.
Throughout the day, residents received thoughtful Valentine’s Day gift packages from family and friends. 🎁💕
The joy on each face was priceless. Thank you to everyone who honored their loved ones by sending these heartfelt gifts—you added so much warmth to the celebration.
To end the day, our talented Culinary Director, Brittany Hunt, and her amazing team prepared an incredible steak dinner that our residents absolutely loved. 🥩✨
It was the perfect close to a day filled with music, laughter, and love.
Everyone enjoys a good love story—and this Valentine’s Day at Bristol Park was full of beautiful expressions of just that. ❤️

This Valentine’s Day Party Just Kept Gettin’ Better! 💘🎉
Bristol Park’s annual Valentine’s Day celebration was truly an affair to remember! We were thrilled to welcome back the incredible Steve Layne, whose swoon‑worthy guitar and vocal performance had everyone smiling, swaying, and tapping along. 🎸🎶 This year, his wife Andi joined him, adding an extra touch of warmth to the afternoon.
Of course, no Valentine’s party is complete without sweet treats! Each guest enjoyed their own Valentine‑themed cake paired with a refreshing fruit juice spritzer. 🍰✨
