🏈🎉 Fantastic Happy Hour of Nostalgia and What’s to Come!

Bristol Park kicked off the 2025 NFL season with an unforgettable Happy Hour tailgate! 🌭🧀🍪 Residents enjoyed sausage bites, beer-cheese dip, fresh-baked cookies, and plenty of drinks to round out that true Big Game feel. 🍻🥂

The room was filled with laughter, stories of the “good old days,” and even a few playful football debates (Cowboys fans, we hear you 😉). 📣✨

A very special thank you to Shalome Kibisu and his brother Al’s Ed from Eagle Mountain International Church for donating their time and efforts to make the event extra special. 💖 Shalome will also be helping our residents compile a book of advice for young people — stay tuned for more on that project! 📚🌟

Our resident artists at Bristol Park had a wonderful time crafting beautifully beaded seashell keychains. 🎨🔑 With vibrant colors and breathtaking shells, each creation became a one-of-a-kind piece — both functional and beautiful. 💖

A big thank you to our talented Lifestyle Assistant, Denise Dunham, for inspiring us with her creative projects and making each day brighter. 🌟 Residents were proud to show off their unique designs, and these keepsakes are sure to be cherished for years to come. 🌊🌴

🩺✨ Staying Vertical — our September Health Talk at Bristol Park — was a wonderful and empowering session led by Speech Therapist, Amy Ciraulo. 🙌

Amy shared important risk factors for falls, practical tips to prevent them, and guidance on what to do during and after a fall. Residents also learned how the fear of falling can increase risk, and how to face that challenge with confidence. 💪💡

Everyone left with greater awareness, safety strategies, and renewed confidence in maintaining independence. 🌟 As Confucius said, “Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.” But even better — let’s stay vertical and avoid the fall altogether!

Incredible Friday Fun-Day Excursion! 🎉 The Bristol Park crew had a blast visiting the DFW Car And Toy Museumin North Fort Worth — a hidden gem filled with history, culture, and nostalgia. 🌟✨

From one-of-a-kind automobiles 🚘 to toys that sparked childhood memories 🪀, every room brought smiles, stories, and discovery. Even better, admission was absolutely free! 🙌💕

A big thank you to the museum staff for the warm welcome and for sharing such an amazing destination with us. Residents are still talking about first cars, favorite toys, and all the fun they had along the way. 💖

Residents were serenaded by Ken and Kitty Myers, better known as Vocal Expressions. 🎤🎸 Ken wowed us once again with his incredible guitar, warm vocals, and perfect song choices — every visit brings something new to discover. 💕

🎬✨ GREASE is the WORD! 🎶 August’s Movie Night was a smash hit with a full house for the showing of this unforgettable classic. 💕 Residents were transported back to their youth as music, dance, and laughter filled the room. 🙌🎤

From high school hijinks to young love, the film sparked belly laughs and plenty of “been there, done that!” moments from the crowd. 😂👏 Add in popcorn, soda, and a trip down memory lane, and it was the perfect recipe for an end-of-summer evening. 🌟🍿🥤

We had an un-fur-gettable time at our Paws & Whiskers Party in the Pathways Neighborhood at Bristol Park at Eagle Mountain! 🐾 Residents were all smiles as they met Zoey the Dog and Belle the Cat — our adorable, lifelike furry companions who’ve quickly become part of our happy family. 🐶🐱 Their playful presence brought so much joy, laughter, and love. 💕

Our special VIP guest, Bailey the Dog, stole the show as a real and lovable pup who melted everyone’s hearts! 🐕💖

To make the day even sweeter, we enjoyed animal-shaped cookies, fresh fruit, and tasty beverages 🍪🍓🥤 — all generously provided by our wonderful friends at Luminary Hospice. Thank you for your love and support in making this event possible! 🌟
