Floating provides a lot of great mental benefits. No light or sound really gives your brain a break from the constant overstimulation. But there are a ton of physical benefits as well.

In that environment where you essentially have no gravity weighing you down, your muscles and joints can really relax and decompress in ways you probably haven’t experienced before.

We carry most of our tension in our necks and lower backs, and one of the things I hear the most is how much looser those areas feel afterwards.
