A delicious Taste of Mexico at The Grandview of Chisholm Trail! 🇲🇽✨

Residents enjoyed a flavorful culinary demo inspired by our destination theme celebrating the cultures of Mexico and Spain.

Our talented chef prepared elote, also known as Mexican street corn, topped with a creamy sauce, cheese, and savory seasonings for a treat everyone loved.

As residents gathered around the demo, they learned about the traditions behind this popular street food while enjoying great conversation, wonderful aromas, and, of course, delicious bites together. 🌎

We love creating experiences that engage the senses, spark connection, and bring cultures from around the world right into our community.

Rachel Johnson, LVN, has served as Senior Wellness Director for our community for 4 1/2 years. She leads with empathy, love, and a listening ear for both residents and staff.
