I have 4 new fitness programs starting Monday 11/10, read through the descriptions and comment which program number you are interested in and I’ll send you a sign up link! Every option comes with access to my in app group chat, optional habit tracking, macro tracking and water tracking as well. For fun I’ll be doing a drawing for those who participate to get 10% off my healthy new years challenge! This will be the best pricing you can get for my programs so take advantage yall!!

1️⃣ 3 strength training workouts per week and 1 planned cardio day. These workouts are going to be pre-scheduled on a calendar (you can customize to days that work for you), they are a mix of all the workouts from the 2025 challenges! ($75)
2️⃣ 2 strength training workouts per week and 2 cardio (of your choice) days - great for those who want more flexibility ($75)
3️⃣ Fit in Fall challenge workouts - essentially a redo of my latest challenge condensed into 8 weeks. You have a lifters option or a runners option. 2-4 strength training workouts per week. ($65)
4️⃣ On demand. You will have access to every workout from the 2025 challenges, but instead of a calendar you can create your own schedule from a library of amazing workouts. ($50)

🏃🏻‍♀️Half Marathon Training… quick update cause it’s been a minute 😅I took this pic after (unintentionally) running my fastest 5k and fasted 1 mile during a progressive run, and I want to remember this milestone as I push on with my training.

The countdown to Disney wine and dine is on (a little over 8 weeks out) and if you have been following along you know running is NOT a strength of mine so this has been both a mental and physical challenge for me and now it’s getting really REAL. My strength training sessions have gone down (☹️) and my running has gone up. I am now doing 4 runs a week, multiple days of yoga and stretching, trying to do more outdoor runs which means early wake ups and much longer days. Oh and I have a bottomless pit for a stomach, I don’t remember the last time I felt full 😂😂😂

But let me tell ya, I have so much gratitude for my body. I have been pushing myself hard and I feel so blessed to be able to do train hard and work towards such a big goal.

I’m also very grateful to be going through all of this with .oliva through the ups and downs of training, having a partner to do this with def helps keep me going.

Gratitude will continue to be the fuel that keeps my fire burning through this process.

📣 DFW Meet Up! This is year 3 with and the wonderful and this year we are doing sunset yoga with a bonfire after! 🏄🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🔥

Time: 6pm-7pm (show up about 15 min before 6)

This meet up is consistently highly requested and we always have a fun time trying not to fall into the water and laughing together when we do 😜 Bring some extra comfy clothes for after (might be a little chilly) I’ll have some bubbly and snacks available and if you want to bring something to share, you are more than welcome to.

Fit in Fall - Lifters & Runners edition FAQs

I’m so excited for my final challenge of the year! I created both a standard lifting program like you are used to seeing from me along with an option for runners with the goal of running in at least a 5K by the end of it! I’ve build both programs with beginners in mind but as always there will be plenty of modifications and ways to make the program your own.

Week 2 of 16 ✌🏼- Half Marathon Training! Let’s just say things did NOT go as planned 😅

After a weekend of travel I was looking forward to getting home and back to my routine, but I caught a cold and had a very sore throat, my schedule was off because Brandon wasn’t home until Wednesday, the water heater went out, peloton cycle shoes broke, and the runs I did do all felt hard with a sore throat and body…oof what a week 🤪

But on a positive note… I got in 3 out of 4 runs and swapped a run with a cycle class so I still got in 4 days of cardio (which that option for cardio swaps once a week is actually written in to this beta program), completed a total body workout and daily moves most of the week and Kona and I walked every day. I took my creatine daily and even though I didn’t fully track my macros the entire week, I did focus on protein first and staying hydrated. So a lot of wins that I can focus on instead of everything that didn’t go right 😂

We are officially into week 3 of training, still have a cough and runny nose but hoping for a little smoother week and excited to get back to it! Oh and the finisher medal was posted to run Disney and it’s so perfect, had to share it here too!

✅Week 1 of 16 - Half Marathon Training

⚪️Miles ran: 13.4 - 4 runs complete!
⚪️2 lifts and July challenge daily moves + daily walks with Kona
⚪️Back to tracking macros, fueling my body right and taking creatine daily

I’ll be taking the weekend off (usually I’d try to do a yoga class or a recovery ride or run but I’ll be traveling), im ending this week feeling so strong and excited to keep pushing. Super proud of .oliva and the work we have put in this week.

I’ll check in next week 🫶
